Hello it seems as thought my anxiety lives w me 24/7. My anxiety causes me to do everything FAST, to speak, write walk move think and act on impulse i need some advice as to what i can do to make it more undercontrol. I use to think i just had a bubbly personality i still do but i can see im also very anxious, i have social anxiety so i get nervous talking w new people or in large groups. Any suggestions, breathing or techniques i could try, any particular councelors i could be seen for this. Thanks :)
