YES! When I'm anxious or when I have a anxiety attack or panic attack it feels like my throat is closing up and I feel like gagging. It's such an uncomfortable feeling and sometimes it makes my anxiety worse cause I'm afraid I'm going to choke but I find if I do deep breathing exercises and I calm down or sip on some water.
