anxiety causing armpit and back burning ?

Hi folks,

I have had a low risk HIV encounter I havent tested yet but have a constant burning and sore feeling in my armpits and across my upper back, I have been extremely anxious for the last 6 weeks and very scared that I may be infected and I may have infected someone else, Could this anxiety cause the burning and sore sensations

I am in this forum because I searched for "stinging under armpits burning back" ... I recently started working out on an eliptical machine and figured it might have been irritation from friction of skin and under arm hair but there are no visible signs of irritation and now the burning sensation has moved around to my shoulder blade.  It feels like I have a pimple or bug bite on my back but there is nothing visible there either.

I have been under a huge amount of stress of late but never thought it might be related.

Tomorrow I am making an appointment for a complete physical.

I get it too , same with stiff legs at times.
its like ur armpits feel sore as they make contact with ur arms?
anxiety has attacked me with so many feelings

OK thats what I have read apart from poor mouth that I have.

I was more intrested if the burning armpits and back could be anxiety

I had burning back sensation for many weeks when my anxiety was at its worst.

Unprotected cunnilingus with a csw, afterwards I spat on the street and noticed blood in my saliva, 5 weeks later got pretty sick, now I have this constant burning ache in armpits and across my back
