anxiety seems to lower my heart fast rate

I recently got a heart rate monitor and have been noticing some strange things. One being that when I really anxious bout some thing my heart rate go's down rather than up. I recently wore a 24 hour ECG monitor and I'm waiting for the results but was curious if anyone may have something to say regauding this strange  issue. I'm begining to think my body it addicted to adreniline lol or some thing cause I dont feel like I'm alway causing the anxiety symtoms I seem to have my worst time when I have not had anxiety or a panic attack like my body can only function when it has adenilne runing threw it.

Have you been tested for low blood sugar?

yes had 5 viles of blood drawn and they found none of the simple answers for how I feel.

I had my glucose tolerance test today, results should be back by monday so hoping to find an answer. I felt like sick like I do when I'm late to eat or exercise so hopfully I get answer that helps me in the long run.
