I am 35 years old and suffered from Panic Attacks for over 17 years... Yup that is a long time - maybe a bit too long.
What did I do? I placed all my faith on the Lord and did allot of yoga breathing exercises.
Don't give up on yourself - anxiety is what you make of it.
When we are nervous or scarred or in a situation where we feel we cannot get out of - simply take deep breaths (I'm sure you have all heard this over and over) but I cannot emphasize how well it works. Yup, they wont go away on their own or forever - but we learn how to live with them and they seem to disappear gradually. Focus on NOW and yourself. Trust in the Lord and he will guide you to freedom.
I have been feeling GREAT for the past two years. I am gradually trying new things and am now focusing in what is important.
my doctor knows i have anxiety she use to give me medicine for the anxiety for stomach i use to take it in mornin but now am not taking it
TMU disorder is physical so if it were treated better perhaps it wouldn't contribute so much to anxiety attacks. Speak to your doctor about your concerns. Anxiety disorder is treatable with medication, talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy but first any over riding physical concerns must be addressed.
