Yea when im in.therapy i feel better i forget about anxiety , buh when im.all.alone i start thinking about it & when i get the symptoms i think something is wrong with me , right i feel.tension in my head & neck & i dont have apitite .
I am glad that you are going to therapy...that is the most important step in confronting it. In my experience, it is a good idea to keep at it even if you don't see much progress in the beginning. Initially, as with any challenge, it can seem like you are not makeing much progress when you actually are. Anxiety can pretty much cause any symptom under the sun in my opinion, but the knowledge gained in therapy will help you to confront and deal with it in my opinion.
Iam in therapy i go every two weeks , i just wanted to make sure , my heart keeps beating :/

Sweetie, you need to sort this out with your doctor. Yes, anxiety can cause all of the symptoms you report, but so can other conditions. It's very important that you rule out any medical condition before assuming it's anxiety. Then, when you get a clean bill of health (which you likely will), then you can start to discuss your options with your doctor. He can recommend therapy, maybe give you a referral to a psychiatrist.
Best to you. Let us know how you're doing.

Someone help me im worried i got headaches alil neck pain , & my stomach feels funny & i cant breath :/ , is this anxiety attack ?
Yes, anxiety and stress have too many repurcussions. Headache is one of the most common effects of stress and anxiety while loss of appetite is seen in some patients.
JI dont know if i should because people tell me is not good , buh my headaches come & go .
If you not, then try meditation. It reduce stress and it will make your mind calm. It may help you to forget about anxiety.
no i dont take medications for anxiety .
ook because my headaches come and go i just wanted to make sure . thank you niko
karina, it's possible, as I said. No one can say with absolute certainty, that your headaches and neck pain are because of your anxiety or anything else, unless you go through a barrage of tests and scans and still there's no guarrantee.
So for the time being, do your best to destress and worry less about your anxiety causing these symptoms or not.
Focus your attention into things that will make you feel better.
Perhaps connect with nature, listen to your favorite music, etc
but meanwhile make sure you are drinking plenty of water and if your appetite is not great,at least consider some fresh fruits and salads with some cheese or other protein and avoid junk foods and sweet sugary foods and drinks like sodas.
Did you consider an appointment with your doctor to discuss your issues?
Are you currently on any medications?
Take care!
Niko
so you saying the headaches &"neck pain is because of anxiety ? & im just worried
Karina, it is probably all related.
The anxiety causing symptoms and the symptoms fueling further the anxiety. Kind of the chicken and egg question.
Check with doctor, so you can verify that you're getting proper nutritional support, besides any meds you may be taking for anxiety, in case you have deficiencies from improper diet and/or malabsorption issues.
This is not a substitiute for medical advice.
Take care!

oh thanks , but im worried because i get headaches that come & go i get neck pains & my stomach feels empty & i feel nauces is that because anxiety ?
Hi krinax3632 and welcome to the forum.
When I was your age, I battled anxiety along with many symptoms,
that may or may not have been linked to anxiety, including migraine headaches and nausea (leading to loss of appetite).
I believe that the nausea was related to my anxiety,
since every time I would have an anxiety attack, I would get sick to my stomach, so, since this happened frequently, my appetite was very low.
There's also a possibility of other underlying factors, that could be not only
causing you headaches and loss of appetite, but further contributing to your anxiety.
Have you discussed this with your doctor?
If not, you may want to consider making an appointment to see him/her.
The concern might be that you are not getting vital nutrients in your body
to sustain all your bodily functions and processes (malnutrition & nutritional deficiencies).
There are other possibilities, but this I think needs to be ruled out first,
being very simple to verify and of great importance.
Best wishes!
Niko
