I sometimes use recreation drugs at parties or events, never have i really had a bad trip or experience. but for the past week now since the party one week ago that i used MDMA and LSD, i have been experiencing tight chest, worry of dying and i think my heart is racing but seems to be normal. i get like tingles in my body and keep thinking im having a heart attack. is this anxiety? also has last around 4 days now and i can't seem to shake the feeling or get it out my head. i had half a joint of marijuana which i thought may calm me but i had hot rushes, racing heart and thought i was dying so it made it worse. how can you help?

i have never experienced this feeling before, could it have been triggered by the drugs?

Yes.  Drugs bring things out of us.  It's time to reconsider your drug usage -- it's nice when it's nice, but when it turns on you, it's probably time for you to move on to another hobby.

Ya dude kinda funny thoe cuz mdma  is supposed to make u happy. But usually it is cut wit something herion. Mainly alot of meth. So that for sure makes ur heart race n if u don't know what it is cut wit it can kill u. As for lsd sometimes it's a great trip n sometimes it's the worst feeling ever however lsd is prolly one of the safest drugs u can take. I've done my share of both. Only had one bad trip n I completely blacked out n thought I waa dying. Also the " come down " off those drugs can cause major anxiety. Trust me I know!  I've had anxiety for ten plus yrs n ever time I come down I stress myself out thinking I'm ganna die bc how horrible u feel. just be careful. N know what. Ur taken don't go by what others say I'm not saying to do the drugs but if ur going to there is actually test kits so u know what ur taken hope this helps

Yeah, there are test kits, but there hasn't been pure LSD on the market since owlsley stopped selling it.  It's almost all cut with speed since the late Sixties.  MDMA is probably the same.  When people are trying to make money off you with drugs, they're going to cut them, and you don't know what you're consuming.  This is especially true with man-made drugs.  Caveat Emptor.
