CBT is great, but know that most CBT practitioners don't take insurance, at least in major metropolitan areas.  For the best therapy you often have to do without insurance.  Sad, but true.

Hello,

Anxiety Disorder is very bad. You should get treatment for this immediately before it increases. Sometimes coexisting conditions has strong effect on individual and the treament must wait until this phase passes away.

With proper treatment Anxiety disorder heals completely.

I'd say the first step is to see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety and see if you can figure this out.  Bad reactions to medications, especially mixed with alcohol, have started a lot of anxiety in people and then your brain becomes used to being anxious.  The point of therapy is to break that cycle of thinking, but only a therapist specializing in anxiety treatment knows how to treat this stuff.
