if you was having a heart attack would your blood pressure be high, low or just normal?

your bloodpressure would be high thats what causes alot of heart attacks ,but it can also be high with anxiety mine gets high when am in anxiety, stress etc so cant always relate that to heart attack.

thanx was just wonderin cause i was having a few pains and obviously it was a heart attack lol so i did my bp but it was normal so was jus wonderin if you were actually havin one would it stay normal or rise

heart is right - the BP would be very high because a heart attack is caused by blockage in the heart which increases pressure.

so you guys are saying that anxiety is not dangerous right... I have been having more panic attacks and worst since a pharmacist told me that anxiety can lead to angina? I want to know only something positive, negative things make me WORST!

whos saying anxiety isn dangerous? although i have never ever ever heard that about angina and trust me i seen every doctor going and asked every heart question possible im so paranoid i have covered angina with my doc so many times.
and in my opinion a pharmacist isn even qualified to make such comments!!!!!

well i have had anxiety since i was 23 am 49 this year and its never killed me, only danger is it makes you think your crazy or dieing, so you do crazy things. ity can be controled and go away for the most part. my dr all say it will not kill you and i belive that , what kills you is how you handle it. i always had a great husband to stand with me and suport me in the bad times. i wish everyone a anxiety free day.

i agree totally!!!!!! its your brain thats the danger cause its workin overtime giving you symptoms and thoughts

I think that Angina is caused by lack of oxygen to the heart muscle. Anxiety cannot cause this so I really wouldn't worry about what some pharmacist says!
