The rear left side of my tongue is swollen and my left lymph node is swollen. I have a reallypainful sore on the back side of mt tongue and for some reason my tongue looks different around it;s edges.What is it?

go get it checked out a lymph mode is like a filter for our infections once t swell to be painful the infection is clearly not going away on its own  swelling is never good best of luck

It sounds like an infection, but you need a doctor and/or dentist to tell you for sure. Don't put it off.
