It gets very frustrating I know. I went through the same thing. I finally made this informed decision. When the same symptoms happen, I take an aspirin for my piece of mind, and then get in a comfortable position and do my best to relax my way through the pain. I used guided imagery and deep breathing to get through it. I kept the phone by my side for piece of mind or in case of a gut feeling that " my life is in danger and I need help now". We can learn to read our symptoms even through anxiety attacks. Do not try to out smart your body or be a super star. You might want a family member or a friend to be with you when your next attack happens to make sure you are learning to read your body correctly. If there is any doubt, get to an ER. Hope this helps.
