could this be a brain tumor

Ok so I have barely any headachs and when I do they are very slight but anyway I went to my gp doc. 4 times they have did blood test, thyroid test,breathing test urine test all good went to the ER heart ultrasound good and they tell me its stress anxiety disorder gp put me on zoloft and just started them yesterday so here are more of my symtoms I've been very worried I have something serious like tumor or something like that but I've been getting cold spots on my face under skin some spaced out feeling a lot and my vision is weird like at night I see like pixels and in sunlight I see floters also my face will be numb for like a week and stop for like a couple days and when I look at a wall or something in the corner of my eyes I see like black spots that cover an area then I look that Wat and their gone and if I look at a cpu or phone too long my eyes get blurry and I see a ghost image and they sometimes they burn I have thiches and a little mussle spasms I also have astigmatism and the eye doc told me that hosting vision is caused ny that but I have wine buzzes in arms and tingled on a patch of skin here and there like scalp for like 5~ 10 sec. Also I have some lightheadedness I'm 14 I'm male and otherwise healthy its been going on for like a month and a half I'm scared any help should I demand a mri or what

They don't think its nessasary nethier do my doctors and I saw him like 3 weeks ago and I'm a hypercondriac too

You can tell your parents you would like to get an MRI for your own piece of mind. I doubt that it's a brain tumor, but I am not a Dr. Anxiety can cause headaches and some of the other symptoms your experiencing. How long has it been since you've seen your eye Dr? Did he mention that you may have floaters? It's not uncommon and can be the cause of the black spots your seeing.
