do bad reactions to dust have relations to anxiety?

hi. im not diaganosed to have asthma, i've done lung tests and came out fine. but i do want to know if i have allergies or asthma because i get bad reactions when i'm exposed to dusts and smogs. i feel warm, i get fainting spells, headaches and difficulty of breathing and my chest feels like heavy..  i've been suffering from chronic fatigue and panic attacks.. how are these connected with my symptoms and what are alternative solutions for this?  thank you.

yes i have talked about asthma with my doctor, he gave me meds that didn't helped at all in fact it became worst because of the side effects, and that led me not to return for follow up. do you think i should go back to my pulmunologist or consult another doctor who specializes in allergies?
i do have anxiety issues in the past, i had panic attaacks and i think i have a phobia.  but no counseling received for this.  do you think CBT would be helpful?
     thank you for your reply.

In my opinion, you do need to have asthma to have bad allergies or reactions to contaminents.  I really had horrible reactions to the dust when I was in the MIddle East a while back.  I also have tend to have 'hay fever' and my allergies vary depending on the season.  There are many things and treatments you can do for it; besides being tested for asthma, have you talked with your doctor about this?  As far as the anxiety goes, again, there many options in my experience.  Have you had anxiety issues in the past?  Have you ever recieved counseling for it?
