Is this also a part of anxiety when your asleep and you start to dream but you have a dream inside another dream that your already dreaming and it is had to wake up nad on top of that the dreams are all nightmares?

Dreams good or bad are the b rains way of filtering out the days information, so yes, anxiety can very much pass into our sleep state.  

Are u anxious during the day? Are u feeling stressed?

You need to address the issues in your life to find some peace and then you will find that the nightmares will ease off.

Nightmares
Dreams and nightmares tend to mimic what is going on in our daily lives. If we are relaxed and contented we have pleasant dreams and usually do not remember them. If we are disturbed or confused our dreams are more likely to be too. Nightmares are unpleasant but harmless, the more you master good sleep and practice breathing and relaxation exercises the better your dreams will become!
