well i do eat a lot i do like to keep my food down i have been on klonopin and it dont work i just got really bad side effects i have had a lot of tests done and i am trying to figure out why or what is causing this .. yea i thought it was strange too but a doc said to take the xanax and i did and i stopped puking its the only thing that has worked so far after a few yrs of docs trying to figure it out its like it relaxes my throat or something .. i had a egd down just last week and said everything looks fine they just took some samples from my stomach ... so i am still waiting .. just figured i would give this site a try to see if anyone else had any thing like mine .. but i tell you this i know my body is sick of being a ginny pig to all the diff meds docs always like to try and i do give every one of them a 100% try ...

thank you for answering have a good one *Waves*

I am an LPC and treat people with anxiety and depression all the time and the feeling like you have a lump in your throat can be a sign of anxiety as well as the nausea.  However, vomiting 50 to 100 times a day is very serious and can obviously lead to other problems (ulcers, tooth decay, anemia, etc).  It is strange that the xanax works and when you are off of it the symptoms come back but have you ever tried an SSRI for the anxiety in addition to maybe something like Klonopin?  I am not a medical doctor but it may be something to ask about if you haven't tried that already.
