No that happened to me at around that age partially due to cumulative effects of the anti-cholinergic side effects of medications. I also have an inherited tendency towards that. Again it would depend on what your doctor tested for and ruled out as a cause though.
I am only 21 years old, isn't that a little young to be having a prostate infection?
I've had this happen from a prostate infection and I've had some of what you describe (esp. constipation) as side effects of medication. If they ruled out any direct physical cause you could ask if some of these problems could be from anti-cholinergic side effects of some medications (the same side effects that can cause blurred vision and dry mouth). If its fully determined to be from anxiety disorder try to track when it occurs and if it worsens during anxiety attacks and discuss what the best way to handle it is with your psychiatrist.
