First of, not being certain..... .But migraines could last longer then 3 days.
But rule nr one. Call the doc.
It could also be tension in your shoulder/neck causing the issues.
Not often I have headaches, but when I do they are 95% caused by tensions.
Try doing some stretching. Don't expect it to fix it right away of course, but do it a fair amount throughout the day. Sometimes it will stay with me most of the day, other times a single "crack" in the neck will fix it.
But your in the anxiety section.... So making that an option is possible.
In the early stages of my anxiety.... I actually had a major headache. . . That lasted..... Wait for it... .Wait for it.... 1 month! I could fall asleep sitting up with tears in my eyes from the pain.
Scared the hell out of me... But turned out it was nothing at all. Tension mixed with anxiety.
This can be a migraine (but doesn't last more than 3 days) it could be sinuses. But with nothing helping the pain I would seek medical help ASAP.
