ur young but i wanna ask u did u or do do drugs of any sort wut so eva..? but becuz that will rise up ur heartbeats up 65% of the cause if not...definately wut u eat like salt foods and caffeine can spark up indefinately ur heartbeats...

Yes if ur anxious about the heart for sure adrenaline can speed up the heart rate and cause more scary feelings and did u have a check up with ur doctor ? Maybe an ecg or ekg

i think you just kinda have to calm yourself down as best as you can, if it's cause is from being anxious...
