Hi,
I know what it's like to try not to nag but you can't help it. I do it to and I have OCD. OCD can start out small like that, I'm not saying you have it but let me tell you if it's a problem talk to your daughter so if it is you can get mads or halp before it gets so bad that it causes really big problems. I hope the person above me knows you and is trying to be funny because if it ruins your day it's probably ruining someone else's day. I'm married and have been for 12 years and nagging can cause problems and you don't mean or want them to. I feel for you and I'm serious if it is becoming a problem in your life and relationships then please talk to your doctor and don't let it get to far. I know I let mine go so long that I ended up having panic/anxiety attacks while I was driving with my daughter in the car. It is scary. Now like I said it may be nothing but if you are worried about it enough to ask then maybe it's more serious than you thought. Good luck. Michelle
It is for you.
Why post it on the panic/anxiety forum?
