lexapro and drinking

I have been on lexapro about 2 months, and for about 2-3 weeks, I was feeling great.  Now in the past couple of days, I have been having anxiety and the same lack of motivation and sadness I had before.  I am wondering if it could be because I have drank like 3 times this week to the point of drunkenness.  I was having a good time then, not sad and drinking, but now I'm wondering if it could be from the alcohol.  I'm also considering that maybe I just need to up my dosage, like maybe I'm getting used to the 10mg and need more? I was feeling so great! I thought it was over, this sucks!

Sorry, I meant my phsyciatrist.  physcotherapist is for mental therapy, physiciatirst it for the medicine management......I always forget which is which.

Its both.  You do get used to certain dosages.  I was on 10mg for a year an then suddenly I needed 20mg.  However, the drinking is a huge problem.  My pyscotherapist said that 1-2 drinks a week should cause no problem, but anymore then that is asking for trouble.
