You really need to contact your family doctor and see if they can help you get on medication to try and control it. It takes time for the meds to start working but you will feel better again. Its a process.

it all started 5 weeks ago during a heatwave here in australia. for a whole week it was over 40 degrees. during the end of the first week. i had to play tennis!!! but it was alot cooler than 40 degrees where i played. half way through my match i started feeling really nausea and extremly dizzy. i went home and still felt the same... at first i thought i was dehydrated so i went to the doctors.. he thought it was motion sickness so tried me on tabs which didn't help! a week later i was feeling alot worse. so i took myself to hospital. i was put on the drip had bloods taken all came back negative.... told to go home and rest as they think it was just a virus... week 2 i felt alot worse, constant headaches, dizzyness nausea went back to hospital scared and they did more bloods all negative... week 3 went to the doctors feeling worse, dizzyness constant headaches and burning head, eye twitches, constant shaking expecially my legs,,throat irritations but not sore just feels weird down my throat on right side. and ears constantly popping... week 5 is worse

I'm sorry to hear this because without support from your family it is even more difficult because having this kind of anxiety is already so severe and I understand because I suffer from anxiety just get a dr and do things that make u happy because I find that when u do things u love it helps your anxiety level go down

I would call your doctor again and tell them you feel you have anxiety and see if they can get run tests to rule out anything else and get you on medication to help you through this. You are listing many symptoms common with anxiety, Try deep breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth, several times, it helps calm you some. Also try doing anything to get your mind off things, anxiety is in our minds. We are actually ok, and not dying even though that's exactly how we feel. Read a book, listen to music, exercise, play a game, watch a movie, go for a walk. The less you focus on it the better you'll feel. Please keep us posted.
