Im wondering why my medication that im on is not helping my anxiety at all...i am tapering off it but im still on it so why dont it help my anxiety....this is terrible
I agree; what were you on, how much, and what was the duration? I am sure we have talked about it previously, but I just want to be sure. In my experience, anytime I was tapering off of any medication, there was withdrawal. Never taper by yourself; always do it with consultation of your prescribing doctor and continue to voice your concerns to him/her. My mantra is, the slower the better!
