Hi does anyone out there seem to have short term memory loss, its really weird I feel so forgetful at the moment, is this an anxiety symptom, Im on amytripilene, I dont think that has any effect on memory, its just a bit weird.

Yes Meds do this Lexapro certainly has a short term memory affect.

Namaste,
Short term memory loss is a disturbing symptom and very bothersome. I've been there and don't ever want to go back.
Many medications, including Elavil can cause short term memory loss depending on your dosage and other situationaal factors.
If the problem persists, you need to speak with your doctor.
