not axiety question but i can use the help

i kno this isn't an anxiety question but since everyone on here has helped me alot in the past  figured id ask.does anyone kno if fluid behind eardrum can cause temporary tinnitus(ringing or other sounds in ear).and if so how long till this goes away...i would ask in the ears, nose throat forum, but there not as lively as this group

Fluid in the ears can cause many things...........including, but not limited to tinnitus, dizziness and even infection and hearing loss if left untreated. Your ears are too importnt to leave to "guesses," Please see your doctor and preferrably an EENT to get this problem resolved.

ok...then yeah id say fluid in the ear can certainly cause ringing. i didn't know if a doctor had already told you that you had fluid in your ears. since this is the case, i wouldn't worry about it. the more you pay attention to it, the louder the ringing gets. i've had that before....it's VERY annoying.

ya i went to the doctor he said i had fluid, and thats why i cant hear that good right now, but of course the anxiety wont let me get rid of this tinnitus thought

my guess is that it could...but it's only a guess. i think i would get it checked out.
