Hi, i too experience much of that and what I have learned is that, at least for me, I spend too much time paying attention to thought. There are many mindfulness techniques that help me feel more grounded, less "in a dream". I tend to give my thoughts free reign and take them too seriously. Now when I feel the physical symptoms I remind myself to notice them but choose to focus elsewhere and just let them be. It is truly a practice and takes time but after years a couple of months seemed do able so thought I would try it. It helps me more than anything and I am learning I can go to that learning any time and I am having greater moments of fealing clarity. Whew that was a long time coming :)
