I WAS going to suggest that you may have experienced an episode of orthostatic hypotension, which just about all of us have experienced at one time or another. OH is an excessive decrease in blood pressure when we stand up quickly after laying or sitting for awhile, resulting in a reduced blood flow to the brain. It can make us feel dizzy, off-balance and lightheaded for a few seconds, but it normally does not affect the stomach. But since you are asking why you feel so weak in your stomach, (and I must admit that I really don't know what a "weak" stomach feels like) I would urge you to see your doctor, especially if this is a new symptom.
Peace
