Suggest you consult Dr/Psych to establish that you are not in need of further help/or that you are. I'm old enough to suffer from 'Senior Moments', but had hitherto had an excellent memory. After 20+ yrs of meds/therapies I blamed the drugs that had been taken as prescribed, but now I note that many of my friends have more memory lapses than I do. Some declare that their memories had never been good, I was extremely lucky to have a good one.
If you feel that you're 'losing it' please get yourself checked out, whatever the 'test results' it's a positive step. There are so many things that can affect your memory, until you have established a base line you won't really know where you are. Good Luck!

Having anxiety or panic disorder should not be affecting your memory in any way, and unfortunately it will not block our unpleasant memories.
Some medications can cause temporary loss of memory, but stopping the med will reverse that effect.
You may want to consider a consult with a neurologist if you are noticing an acute affect of your memory.
You also need to factor in your age. You are far from being old and senile, but in our late forties, we often begin to notice some memory, ah........malfunctions. A neurologist can rule out any organic reason for the loss of memory.
I wish you the best
Peace
