thanks to all for your time and compassion....you dont know how much it means to me..i think your advice is wonderful and i take it.....thank you all again from the bottom of my heart....
Can't add much to what cj suggests, but you could google "panic attacks" and/or anxiety and print that out for your husband. Like cj said, your husband doesn't understand, and sometimes when it's a mental issue others think we should be able to control it, but obviously we can't. Is your husband going with you to the doctor? I think this would be a good idea, so he can hear it straight from the doctor. Glad you're seeing a doctor about this, and I wish you all the best!
yes i agree this forum is and has been the best therapy that i have had to help me deal with my anxiety,i would suggesr that your husband goes along with you too the doctors my husband was exactly like yours until he seen just how upset i got at the doctors since then he has been a power of strength, and when you have people to talk to that is a huge relief. In the meantime keep posting to us so we can help and reassure you as much as we can
I am glad you are going to see your doctor. Also, do you have access to a therapist? For me, just learning about it and talking to someone that is 'qualified' to discuss it can do wonders in shedding some light on a confusing situation. For me, it gave me the tools to confront and deal with it. Keep us posted!
