Am from hyderabad.INDIA. I went for shopping with my girl friend.it was an empty shop and the first floor was vacant with no customers. We were watching some clothes. I was unable to control my feelings and just kissed my gf and just touched her a bit. Later on i came to know that the shop had surveillance cameras which were just above us. Now am very afraid that the shopkeeper might misuse it. He may post our video in internet also. I dont want to cause any trouble to my gf. Now what can i do? Can i take any legal action against him, if he ever posts them in internet. Kindly help me. Dont take my problem lightly. PLEASEEEEEEEE. Thanks to all in advance.

If you prove to youtube the video's of you and you report the abuse they'll probably remove it... Only because youtube is still a controled sharing website, as for other websites, I'm not so sure...

But you shouldn't worry anyways...

I just have a small doubt. Is it possible to delete my video permanently if someone else uploaded it in youtube or any other site.

This means nothing to them and they gain nothing by posting it.  Just be aware that these cameras are everywhere.  If you contact the police they will just ask you why you behaved this way in a public area in the first place.  The business has a right to have these cameras and until you have proof that they have misused it, let it go.

Forget it! Wait until you have evidence that your 'video' will be broadcast ~ & if it is it won't physically hurt anyone ~ just pick a less surveyed spot for your fun next time. Enjoy that you have someone that loves you.Life's too short to be  troubled by such things at your age. Best wishes, George
