As the other post states, It releases endorphins which are "feel good" chemicals in the brain. The actual exercise decreases anxiety. Working out is both physically and mentally helpful. Good for you!
Yes working out realese endorphins giving you a lasting feeling of acomplishment of happiness... also it helps to level out the adrenalin that flows through our nervous system! Sooo yes working oout is GREAT!
Im not sure but im sure it does. You get a positive feeling from working out and one of the main tips people give on this site and elsewhere for people with anxiety is working out in any way helps a lot! good luck
