You could take Benedryl in the mean time but should see a doctor.

I agree with "dmb4500" Benadryl if always a go to for any kind of "allergy".

What different or new things or places or foods have you introduced to your lifestyle?  I could be nothing but the "air" or lack of moisture in your home.  I had the same problem yesterday.  My conclusion was that my skin was so very dry it just "itched" like crazy...ran to my bathroom to get the Cortisone to stop the itching.  Today I'm fine but after shower I slathered on my moisturizer!

Good luck..

If the bumps are itchy, and you are not allergic to Benadryl or similar product, you can try that to tame the problem.  A bit of calamine lotion could also help.  There are so many things it COULD be; an allergic reaction to laundry soap, or the type of pillow you slept on last night.  It could be the beginnings of rosacea.  Or if you were around cigarette smoke in close quarters, and normally are not, you could be reacting to that.  A doctor would be the best to recognize the symptoms and treat.  Good luck to you!
