severe

Well I took your advice went today with a friend who could drive and got the oatstraw tea, and the brewer's yeast. (KLUNAC). I am trying everything you suggested and just praying it helps. Yesterday and last night were severe, honestly thought it was my last. Have not had it that bad in quiet a while. Almost went to ER, but no insurance makes more worry about the bills. I was terrified, couldn't stop shaking, my heart was so out of whack and forceful. I am hoping this stuff works, I want to be who I used to be. How do we get back to who we once was? I am grateful to all who offer any advice, and I have the utmost compassion for anyone that feels like me.

I noticed on your post that you keep saying that your want to be the way you used to be. Ummmmm. Believe me I was like you too. I also wished for the same thing. But once my thought's started coming around to "normal" what I used to be was not what I wanted, you see that's what got me where I didnt want to be or go back to ever again.  I had to change, thinking that is.  And at 51, it took some work. But it can be done. Do you go through any type of therapy?  I know it was the last thing I wanted to do but now I understand how important it is thanks to a Ol Wise friend.  I hope the tea works for you.
