sick of living like this

I have suffered anxiety for about 3 years on and off,i am currently pregnant with my forth child and my anxiety has hit the roof, ive just recently gone back on medication and seeing a behavior specialist. Anxiety controls my life,i get lots of symptoms, feeling sick, dizzy, wierd tingles left side of head, numb arm,hot flushes, chest pain, dry mouth, palpitations and feeling as though i cant breath.even when my anxiety attack is over i still never feel right,i feel spaced out, blurred vision and im also suffering from agraphobia.im constantly worried about being ill/dying.about 4 weeks ago i was sent to hospital to check for a blood clot because im pregnant and suffering chest pain,i had a ct scan, chest x ray and leg scan and nothing was found, but since that day im really scared that i may have a blood clot now! This is turning my life upside down i cant even go food shopping or take my daughter to school

oh my word i feel exactly the same! i also have three children and i am finding it sooo hard to cope with these symptoms the worse thing is the more you worry the worse they get, every symptoms you have described i have and like you say even when im not having them i feel sort of detatched as if its all a dream do you know what i mean?? what i find helps is educating yourself on why this is happening and why we are getting these symptoms you sound like you have hit rock bottom with it all i also felt like this just stick to your meds it will get easier are you going for cognitive behavioural therapy? btw just to let you know your not alone with this ther are other people feeling this way
