Anxiety and panic can manifest itself in certain ways. Night time used to be one of the worst times for me with anxiety. You are not active and there is not much keeping you occupied and it can definitely creep in in my opinion. The fear of dying, no matter how it manifests itself can be really hard to get through. Do you have access to any counselors? For me, talking through it did wonders about confronting my fears...please keep us posted!
night time - what can I say. The worst time of the day for my anxiety. I try so hard to not think about what is worrying me. I now have a sound machine. I use to like the silent now I can't sleep without the sound machine. It is white noise. I try to think about all good stuff. The beach, the kids (being good of course), the next event that i am going to. Anything but the bad. Good all good stuff. Don't let the bad creep back in.
