I'm a nervous wreck.  My son has one or two seizures since age 14.  He is now 20.  Every bumb in the night every tiny noise.  I am completely exhausted.

I don't have anything to really say medically.  But I want to let you know that I know what you're going through.  I remember more details about the day in which my son had his first seizures than I do about 9/11, and I live in NYC.

MANY nights have I stayed awake because of this fact.  I understand completely what you're going through.  Make sure he doesn't miss a med.  Try to relax, as hard as it is, he needs you and if you worry yourself to death... what good will it be?

Talking to a doc about this for yourself would not hurt at all.  I'm here for ya.

He has 1 or 2 seizures every year since the age of 14  He is now 20.  He is on 3 meds for Epilepsy.

You've been lying awake at night for six years because he has had two seizures?  What has been done for your son medically?  Does the doctor have him on any medications, or what?
