stiff neck and stiff shoulder, suggestions needed

In October when I was with my old friends I did LSD and next day onwards I had stiff neck and stiff shoulders , and some bloating issues , the bloating gone a month back but stiff neck and stiff shoulder are bothering me , are these symptoms of some anxiety I got after lsd or what ,any help would be helpful

Anxious people feel anxious, they don't just have physical symptoms that might be associated with anxiety.  Do you think anxious thoughts?  And if you do, why are you taking LSD?  That's not the greatest thing for people who have fearful thoughts.  Now, if you're not an anxious person and had a great time on the acid, you probably just twisted the wrong way or slept the wrong way and went to bed too soon after eating, all of which will go away.

yes , I have ocd , since 4 years , but I had acid lot of times , but this one in October was bad freaked me out , o I took a benzo and just ended the trip , later all this started ,stiff neck and shoulder , I feel that my friends put something in acid blotter , or something like HIV in it or gave me some RC lsd, that they want me to suffer ,but these friends are whome I grew up with , they wont do it , iam getting these kind of thoughts and I think that it is symptom to some crazy mental illness or hiv or cancer but i took hiv test which is negative after 3months and I read in internet that anxiety causes stiff neck and stuff , but its been there since 4 months , iam bit scared now, so there is no way to get stiff neck with anxiety?
iam in a country farawy from my country , which doctor should I meet ? psychiatrist ? or orthopedician? iam in great confusion? I decided I ill never touch any drugs or alcohol or weed since 10 days after a bad OCD crisis
it would be great if I get some help from some where , god should help me
