You state that you've been dealing with panic attacks and anxiety since September, and that you try to handle the anxiety yourself. The only thing I can see from your posts that you've tried is Ativan and now Xanax for the anxiety.
I've recommended to you that you need to seek professional help, get into therapy, and explore your other options for treatment numerous times. Hopefully you will take that advice soon, as you've been on this roller coaster far too long already. The anxiety is not going to magically go away, and taking an anti-anxiety med is just a band-aid. Not to mention, if you take those meds long enough, they will end up hurting instead of helping the anxiety.

It sounds like you are having panic attacks. They can come out of no where, even if you're not feeling very anxious at the time.
Are you eating during the day? A good breakfast and lunch? Some of your symptoms sound like possible low blood sugar.
