Are you taking any meds? I know that a lot of anxiety meds do cause a bit of brain fog, at times.

I guess there could be various reasons in my opinion.  I sometimes struggle to find the correct word for a situation....in my opinion, that is normal for most of us.  Have you been experiencing anxiety?  Have you been under a lot of stress lately?
