I just wanted to add a comment, this forum has been so so helpful for me, it has helped me to realize I am not the only one, and most importantly that their are people with the same symptoms as me! as a mental health person myself and a person who gets Panic attacks, I have really had to be careful NOT to compare my progress or set backs to others in this forum, examples: not to long ago I was on the rode and thought of something someone had said in this forum and I thought "oh no that could be me" and actually started to panic myself, but I just laughed it away, but for a second (which seemed like a hour) but was only a second, I kind of started racing!. Just wanted to through this out to all, one of the really good things that happened was this lady talked about getting upset with her husband and driving (not far) but she drove, which was great, well the other day I had to drive to VA 25 minles away thought me partner was going ( I love to drive) but really was a little on edge this time, well he did not want to go, so I said fine and started driving (upset and mad) then thought of the lady who drove a short distance after a similar situation and really put me at ease. Just wanted to say remember everyone TOTAL situation can be and most the time is different, but we can all take what we need. (ok this could of been shorter) smile.
