throat

I have a problem with my throat feeling very rough and tight. It feels like I can not get the air right at night and I have a very nasty cough. It feels like it is swelling and I am always without a voice. It feels like my throat is tight day and night for some reason. I do have breathing problems and I do not smoke. I have lost 60 pounds and my doctor is taking me off depression pills slowly. The only thing new in my home is my plants with fresh earth and none of them flower. It is hard enough to breathe but in the last while it is getting even harder. I can not go out in the humid weather or in the cold.

It also sounds different because of the laryngitis, a "nasty" cough, inability to go out in cold or humid weather and that she states the ability to breath is getting "even harder." If the weight loss was unintentional, then she definitely needs to see her doctor immediately.

While I can certainly understand these issues causing you anxiety, I'm not sure anxiety is causing THEM.

I strongly urge you to see your doctor for these problems and if you are indeed having problems breathing, you should be evaluated by a pulmonologist as soon as possible.

You stated that you've lost 60 pounds. Was that on purpose, through hard work, or are you losing weight for an unknown reason. If that is the case, your doctor needs to know this! (If you lost it by diet and exercise, then congratulations!)

Please see your doctor and have these issues looked into as soon as possible.

Please keep me posted, OK?
