head pains

Can anyone help me with how to deal with my anxiety, I have had chest pains and had all sorts of tests, which have proved  to be clear. I am now suffering from head pains and worry that I have a brain tumour or something. I know I suffer from anxiety and this is another symptom but I don't know how to get out of it.

You also might want to conceder talking to a therapist or a psychologist about your anxiety. If anxiety is causeing it they can help you with that and if it is t it's probuly not helping it.

I have anxiety too. Its really bad at times. I know chest pains are scary. Sometimes I get them too. First of all checking into your physical health is good. Sounds like you did that with your chest pains anyway Also finding a good phychiatrist who can give you some meds for your anxiety if it is determined to be anxiety. And also I would recommend find a theropist to talk to about all this.

I hope that you feel better soon. I dont know if it is anxiety but I do know that its really hard having anxiety. Plus anxiety can often mimic other physical problems expecially if you fear certain ones and think about it.
