It sounds like you may be feeling the stress of having a dad that needs to hold down 2 jobs. Wher'es mom? if you don't mind me asking. As far as the symptoms I agree the first thing you need to do is see your doc. Do you have someone in your family that you could talk to? hun...you're only 15 and should be having fun, it sounds like you are doing a lot of worrying and unfortunately we all tend to do at some point in our lives. Maybe you could find something to do for the summer or have someone to hang out with so that you wouldn't have to be alone... like a friend from school or family member. when you feel the anxiety/panic coming on....accept and float with the feeling don't fight it or it gets worse....next reassure yourself with some positive thoughts...distract yourself with something like....music, tv, go outside, chat with a friend, dance,....do something until the anxiety passes because it will.... it always does...this takes practice and i know its not easy but in time you'll see that you can get through the panic easier and easier...best wishes!!!!
thanks man that realy helps but my dad dosent realy care he said i need to deal with it myself and i dont know how i figured out it wasent the flu becuase ive been up and active and my dad dosent belive in doctors or meds so anything else but still thank you
The symptoms you describe could be from "stress," and they could be from the flu, a tummy problem or heaven knows what else. So step one is to see your doc to pin down stress, anxiety, a virus or something else (or combination) as the cause or causes.
If it IS stress and anxuety, then some sessions in counseling might help. In many cases, finding an enjoyable hobby or activity can help -especially if you make some friends- or perhaps a summer job such as mowing lawns and yard work. Talk it out with the counselor and let your dad know what's "eating you," so he can help, too.
I'm glad you are with us.
