Im having chest pains and hands go numb and arms the chest pains come and go and i just feel its something worst than anxiety. The chest pains feel in the chest and be there for a couple of seconds and go away but the numbness in the hands and forearms wont go away and makes me more anxious. I just want peoples inside story of what their chest pains feel like and where and if theres numbness involved for hours or days or just a couple of minutes?
