withdrawls from dizapam

hi i am a 25 year old male i have been dizapam for 3 years now for anxiety but when i dont have them i get very bad muscle pains and joint and chest pains and twitch a lot and keep thinkin i going to have a heartattack i hve blood tests done what could these pains be they are freaking me out i gave up smoking i go gym everyday i 5ft6 and 12 stone mostly muscle please help th pains get worse the day after drink i am really paranoid the pain are really bad when i dont take dizapam i used to abuse cannabis when i was a lot younger bit not no more

I'm very sorry to hear how much you are taking, that stuff is deadly when taken with alcohol. Especially with the amount of diazapan you are taking. Please do taper yourself down and then get into TX and get off of all that stuff. Or the consequences could be fatal and I'm NOT just trying to scare you. You see, I was in the same place you were only I was taking 3mg a day to get rid of my hangovers and I almost died over it. I went into TX and the Doctor there took me off of zanax cold turkey and I had a grand mal siersure! I lost a great deal of my memory, I couldn't even remember that my own mother had died! You are sitting on a mountain of dynomite my friend and its your life hanging there in the balance. So if you can't afford TX the county has resources, check into it. Then taper yourself down to a couple mg. a day. If you are too sick to do this than just get into TX now, as if your life depends on it because it does. You are on a chemically induced merry go round that you MUST get off of. I wish you all the luck in the world. You have a great support system right here

i take them for anxiety i am very paranoid person when it comes to health i take bout 35mg a day of dizapam when u drink alcohol da next day the pains in my body are worse y is this i tryed stoppin takin butt i cnt i dnt take any other meds oe drugs in long time just dizapam if i dnt have i cant function properly i dnt want to b like this help please

You don't mention what you are taking them for or how much you are taking but one thing you did mention is the fact that the pains are worst the day after drinking? Are you talking about alcohol? I don't think I can really give you a qualified answer unless I know the other facts. What other meds if any are you taking with it?

Yes that does seem like withdrawls my boyfriend goes thru them from pain meds and it causes him to feel kind of weird at all times and his stomach messes with him too... He says its the worst pain he goes through ever

It sounds like you may be having withdrawal symptoms. Are you trying to stop this med? If so, you should talk to your Dr about a tapering program.
