Yup..........headaches are high on the list of side effects. When I began taking sertraline, I had headaches almost every day. They weren't horrible, I was still able to function, but they were just there, every day. And then one day they weren't.
Even though headaches are also very common with Zoloft, I suggest letting your doctor know. A phone call to his nurse or PA will put your mind at rest..............when it's not aching!

Tremors, especially of the hands, is a very common, but benign, side effect for many of us while our bodies adapt to sertraline.
Since we all react to medications differently, there is no way I can predict when this particular side effect will stop for you. Just know that it will.....probably in a few more weeks.
Please be aware that if your doctor decides to up your dose, you MAY again experience many of the same side effects, usually they don't last as long and they are less bothersome because you know what's causing them and you know they will stop.
If these tremors don't begin to diminish, but instead, get worse, contact your doctor. He may either be able to give you something to help with the tremors until your body adjusts or it's possible he'll try you on another AD if the side effects of Zoloft are intolerable. This happens to many of us with side effects and sometimes we have to try several ADs before we find one we can live with.
It's really nothing to be concerned about, but it's always the best policy to keep your doctor apprised of ANY side effect.
Good luck
