Arthritis caused by Yersinia?

Hello,
I am male and I have chronic arthritis of unknown cause, because the blood count doesn't show any signs of inflammation or rheumatism. However, I have remarkably high Yersinia markers in my blood (Yersinia IgG 93,76 RU/ml). Does this mean that Yersinia is the root cause of my arthritis and would it  be advisable to take antibiotics against it? Thanks in advance for any help.
