Erosive Arthritis can it come and go ?

Hello
The last time I had an Xray of my fingers it showed erosive arthritis but the latest Xray didnt state erosive arthritis.

Does it come and go erosive OA? This is the latest Xray

As you can see left little finger has no cartlidge left

Yes, please check back and let me know what your doctor says! The immune system is a funny thing...it can go into hiding for years at a time for no apparent reason. :)

Hi
This is the interesting  thing  I havent had any treatment and my fingers have gotten worse recently. Lots more inflamation. I haent needed anti infallamtories in the past

I was shocked to see how much my left little finger had changed with lack of cartlidge. But the left little figer doesnt hurt much  at all its my middle right finger causing all my problems at present

My GP just happens to be away this week and I really think this latest Xray the Radiologist has neglected to mention the Erosive Arthritis as it could not have dissapeared Im sure.

Will be intereting to find out
Thanks for input

Perhaps whatever treatment plan you're following is working, and there hasn't been any significant further damage since your last xray. It doesn't mean there isn't damage from past inflammation, but maybe now that the inflammation is better controlled, the progression is greatly slowed. You may still have pain from past damage, though, and bone deformation/loss of cartilage that may require addressing with shots or surgery sometime in the future.
