Fabuxostat heart and lung side effects

Hello, I had been on fabuxsotat 40 mg morning 80 mg evening for about 25 days . Uric acid level dropped down to 1.7 then dose was adjusted to 80mg evening only .  I had chest pain and numb right hand so doctor asked me to stop medicine immediately and see a cardiologist.  I looked around on web and saw irregular heart beat, heart failure , shortness of breath as few systems that I too am having. my pulse fluctuates from 75 to 90 while resting and while walking jumps to 110, it used to stay under 90 earlier.

Right now I am having tightness in chest and mild headache, no chest pain though.

My question is how long the fabuxostat irregular heart beat and discomforting symptoms will last?
It has been 48 hours since last dose.

I am short of breath in walking hardly 20 feet.

I lifted 2.5 kg weight in gym 15 times and felt like I will faint , reduced weight to 1kg, still same .
