Juvenile athritis

Hi,

As i have previously mentioned, i hurt my ankle a while ago. ever since then, occassionaly i wake up in the morning and my ankle hurts for a few days then goes away. it tends to happen when its about to rain but not always. i have been reading up on it and it said i could have juvenile arthritis. im not sure if it is juvenile arthritis or nothing to worry about?

I actually hurt it many years ago. How does an ankle have anything to do with vitamin D?

My girlfriend had juvenile arthritis.   She would wake in the morning with a limp,  but after a few hours the pain would go away.  This didn't occur because of an injury.  I think you injured it real bad and you need to baby it.  My husband hurt hus ankle playing basketball,  while it was healing I pulled his toes and this made it hurt more.  It took almost 3 months to heal.  He wrapped it at work and ice and raise it when he got home.   If it's been longer than 3 months,  see a doctor,  maybe you're just deficient in vitamin D?
