Labs, Could it just be arthritis or something more?

I recently had some routine blood tests done. The Dr. did not seem concerned, but I noticed some abnormal results. I also have been having symptoms of: Bleeding gums, blurred vision, Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache
Schizophrenia symptoms, Nosebleeds, Numbness in feet, Weightloss (50+ lbs in 7 mos), Joint, bone and back pain, Muscle pain, Weakness, Type 2 diabetes mostly controlled, Anemia, and Leg and foot cramps. I do have a referral to a rheumatologist the first week of November for the joint and muscle pain. What should I ask about at the rheum. - I'm beginning to think these may not be signs of just arthritis. Several years ago I was dx with Psoriatic Arthritis and took Sulfadine (something like that) Made me sick, and I never went back. Symptoms are getting worse. I'm 38 and female.

Tests were as follows:
Elevated AST/SGOT 38
Low Albumin: 3
Elevated Protein: 8.7
Low Creatinine: 0.19
Low BUN: 6
High Neut: 68.1
High MPV:  13.4
Low MCH:  26.9
elevated ESR: 55
No Rheum. Factor

I made myself several cards - typed out of all my hospitalizations, medications, supplements, surgeries, allergies, (food and meds), and procedures that I've had.  When I go to the doctor or hospital, it is helpful to just pull out these cards and hand them to the doctor/nurse or whoever needs the information.   On the back of one of the cards, I have the names and phone numbers of my emergency contacts, minister, and family members.   I also have the names of my doctors on the back of another card.  -  It saves me a lot of time and the other person is usually so glad to just make copies of the cards.

I hope your appt. with the rheumy goes well.  Please let me know how it turns out.
      Wishing you a good outcome

Write a list on an index card of all your symptoms and hand it to the Rheumatologist when you see her/him.  It is important that the doctor know all your symptoms so that a correct diagnosis can be made.
You will be checked for Lupus, Fibromyalgia and all types of arthritis.
Also write down any medications that you have taken and are taking along with side effects, or how the medicines affected you.  Whether they helped or not.
Include any food allergies.  Write down any surgeries or OTC supplements.

I hope this information was helpful   - wishing you a good outcome.
